... finally, because she insisted to stay hidden from the eyes since she arrived. "At least until we finish that business with Sunny," she said. That business... was finding Raffaello of course.

Sweet Praline... Perhaps she was the most unlucky one among the young members of the Rosegolds who got struck by the sudden tragedy. Because she was not that young, to be exact, when it happened. Both Sunny and Raffaello got their share from hardships and pain, but Praline was already not a little child anymore back then, which meant she saw more, heard much and understood well. There are still secrets she decided to keep to herself for a very long time, because "the hearts of my little ones," she says (meaning Raffaello and Sunny) "are still not ready for these."

Yes, she is older and maybe feels a lot older than she seems inside, yet still, she was a young girl. As she was telling me recently that evening, while we were sipping our tea: "I sometimes think that it was the darkness in me that helped me put up with all this... I admit I'm not a pure soul like them and already had a little darkness in me. And so it was partly revenge and anger, that kept me going. I never gave in, and never will. But I know what exists in me."

But maybe Praline was luckier in a way, too. After the "incident", she was adopted by a wealthy family, unlike her brother and cousin, who were separately sent to homes for orphans. That's how she was able to carry on with her plans (to a degree, because the tiniest incautiousness would reveal her identity and ruin everything) and to reach Sunny in the end.

She shouldn't have looked at her again. Especially at night. But Almondine could almost hear her voice, so frail, yet able to chill her bones like a shriek would do, calling her from the reading room.

It was not only an invitation to a room, but also to a nightmare, one recurring or completely new. For a long time, since they moved to their old family estate again after the reunion, she was having those "nightly hardships", and did not associate them with her ancestors, or the painting in the reading room at first. Because this would not be a sensible explanation. Being manipulated by an ancestor's painting, and having the strangest dreams afterwards should not be something happening in real life.

But now, she was not that certain anymore. The edges between the waking hours and her sleep were already becoming blurry, and she found that her feet, easily defying her will, were more than eager to follow Florentia's call. Great-great aunt Florentia. "Oh my, aren't you the spitting image of Florentia!" had been some kind of a a special announcement phrase for her wherever she went, since she was a toddler. Almondine saw no point in denying the truth, she indeed was her spitting image. But what she feared the most, especially these days, was that there was something more than physical resemblance. Because if there was, a pain she never knew until now could be awaiting her. Because there was so much more to Florentia than everybody knew, and she did not want to be the one to learn firsthand.

It was about time that I introduced you to Eleanor, a pullip custom by Yuzu Sweet Aesthetics. Most of you know that I'm mad about mori style, so this is a really beloved girl, and with her I close my pullip collection ^^

I love her cute eyelids (if you can't tell, they are chip & dale!). Also, Eleanor is the twin sister of Felicity's Evelyn :) and, as her sister, she's really gentle and loves animals and nature.

Hime always treats herself with her favorite tastes and scents, no matter how hard or busy the day was... A slice of strawberry cake and the soothing scent of lavender flowers are all it takes to capture the essence of the life. It's a bliss to be able to enjoy these simple but wonderful things and she is well aware of it, being finally settled with me and having a home ^_^ So this is her afternoon corner where she retreats to with her cozy blanket...

It happened just when we were watching the rainbow with Grape... From the rainbow's stripes of color, tiny sprites descended into the room. They even had their colorful pets with them. What an amazing moment that was, this must have been a winter miracle!

They stayed with us until the sunset and we had to capture this moment, of course. Oh Grape, you and your miraculous friends!

Fuchsia has not been around lately, as you might have noticed. She simply did not want her photo to be taken.

"I need a change," she kept saying. "I've always been the same since high school. Even though my heart remains that of a child" -there she stopped and threw a glance at me- "I'm a young woman now and have many responsibilities... Perhaps I should do like most of the women and start with a change in my hair..? My long hair gets in the way when I'm taking care of animals anyway..."

So her search began. Weeks passed by and she still couldn't be sure about what her new style would be. Then she found it. In her family album, hidden between two pages that were stuck to each other due to age: a studio photograph of her great-grandmother, taken in the 20's. "I've been told before that I resembled her a lot, but never knew we looked like twins!"

You can guess the following part of the story ^_^ She fell in love with the photo, put it in her bag and off she went. To the hairdresser's.

Finally she is the true mini me. She has her new wig & a new body. I love her to death... will have to take a picture of her & me together very soon...

Laces, little animal friends (usually elephants and bunnies), her favorite birdwatching cards (she's still learning) and her favorite chair in her favorite shade of blue.

And I find her irresistibly sweet in this casual chic outfit. This girl is full of surprises for me, I can't help but feel that I know her very well and I don't know her at all at the same time o_o But I love, love her ♥ ♦ ♥ ♦

I am charmed with Card Captor Sakura and a Sakura could not be absent in my collection of customs. Now I am doing Tomoyo to me. The suit is made complete by me. If it is possible I will make myself more prominent figures of the series.

When we last visited the Stem Gatherers' atelier, Eloise was working hard, sorting the stems according to their uses and needs. But as you will remember, Hime was nowhere to be found when she needed her to help. Today, a secret snapshot of Hime was discovered, showing what she was doing at that time!

"Hime..? Hime, would you come and help please? And bring your lot of stems as well, we should add them to the piles here..."

"OK Mr. Luxe, like I told you: No stepping on dirt the next time we go gathering. Alright? Look at you, you got your precious purple tiny velvet feet all dirty here. What a shame..."

Esta es mi nueva customización basada en el cuento de Alícia en el país de las maravillas, "El gato de Chesire".

This one is my new custom based on Alice in wonderland, " Chesire's cat ".

On every birthday she is photographed with the treasure chest, which one day will be hers - on her 21st birthday, to be exact. She doesn't know what there is in the chest, because they want to keep it a secret. This has been going on since she was like, nine. They always remove the padlock for the time of the photo session - to test her willpower, perhaps? But frankly, she couldn't care less. Whatever it is, it can't be worth all the fuss. But you just have to play along. Sometimes you just have to play along.

So here is proof that Hime was a curly dark blonde when she was in high school. They went to the same school with Fuchsia (before she decided to study animal psychology far away and they had to part) and shared the same dorm room.

The girls liked magenta quite a while then and painted their room's walls with the color! (It took a lot to get permission for this from the principle, of course.) They also liked animals a lot (which they still do, as you know) and often cosplayed as the animals they loved most.

This is a quick snapshot, taken by a friend of theirs, while they were making a puzzle on the floor.

"OK, say cheese, girls!"

"Hmm, Fuchsia, I guess our ears are touching..."

"Don't speak, just pose or you'll seem funny in the photo..."

P.S. I am quite jealous now because they had a Gorjuss puzzle then! I never knew it! I love Gorjuss so much and coincidentally got myself a tablet sleeve with the same picture on it years after! I should have known that they were hiding something from me, because they acted so strangely when they saw my sleeve. I got you now, girls!

The Poison girls of our home got together to celebrate your birthday. We were busy this week, so there was a little delay, but here we are!

KiraKira said she wanted to stand at the front because there's been months and months since she has seen you. She's been telling me how she missed you, so me and the other girls thought that she was right (Toffee said "I was with her just weeks ago, so OK, you give the flowers to Maria"). Grape was so excited and happy, so she decided her eyelids would reflect her feelings best! And lovely Hime, she wore her best dress and new boots for this occasion, which she was hiding in her wardrobe for a long time.

Só para deixar claro, elas são personagens simbólicas e provavelmente não retratam bem como são alucinações de verdade. As poucas que eu mesma tive por causa da depressão eram bem diferentes disso. Mas a intenção delas é simbolizar os pensamentos que bombardeiam a minha cabeça e também a de muitas pessoas.

Ah, e sobre o transtorno da Margaret: ela tem esquizofrenia paranoide. Eu fiz várias pesquisas e assisti alguns documentários sobre esquizofrenia para criar a personagem, mas eu sei que não dá para saber como é a doença sem efetivamente tê-la, por isso peço desculpas se algo na história dela for ofensivo para alguém.
