The sauce was gluten-containing, so mine had ketchup. With a side of riesling. Yeah, not so good.

My currywurst at Market Garden. This was basically the classic German currywurst, done with a really good sausage, and a nicely authentic sauce. This pretty much matched exactly the currywursts I've had in Germany.

The Chef, Mike Nowak, confessed to me later that he made this dish up without ever having a real German currywurst, and was happy at how well it turned out.
