Often times I do way to many versions of a single image. I can cause family members to worry about the state of my mental heath.

So I have a few favorite variations that I tuck away in a folder to post a few weeks later. Well, sometimes it actually turns out to months or even years later.

This is the color version of the curled winter petal.

Captured with iPhone and Olloclip Macro Lens edited on the iPad in Snapseed.

My stomach is not turning or in knots...it's curled up with glee. You make me smile, you turn my head.. each time you breathe my name. My directions change to meet yours so willingly. You are a part of me. You make me look from the heart, turn my mind inside out, show me love without a doubt. Curl up with me, forever, forever please. ~ Just me~

Leaves are common enough that I'm sure everyone has seen them at some point. If not, congratulations, you've just seen a leaf. Anyhow, this leaf had a particular curl to it that I found interesting. A photo soon followed.

That's what is left when Climbers such as certain flowers like Clematis go to seed. They are pretty in a different way.

Primavera non bussa, lei entra sicura | come il fumo lei penetra in ogni fessura | ha le labbra di carne, i capelli di grano | che paura, che voglia che ti prenda per mano. | Che paura, che voglia che porti lontano. (da Un chimico)

After months of chemotherapy and being bald, my hair started growing back in March. I even have natural curls

Photo taken by our son Peter,

A fern leaf still curled up. I was looking for a different fern species, but this one was quite nice as well... it reminded me a bit if an engraved wooden spoon.

I took this in a wooded area at the side of the road.

I think it's a Garden Tiger moth caterpillar, if so I haven't seen one for years.

I remember many years ago these beautiful moths used to be very common.
