While New Orleans has become a breeding ground for baristas setting the bar higher than ever for a cup of joe that's anything but average, Orleans Coffee has been bringing coffee beans in from around the world and roasting right here for over thirty years!
A handful of Yelpers got an inside look into Orleans Coffee from seed to cup with Bob Arceneaux and Kirk Knipmeyer. They learned about the rich history of coffee in New Orleans, and how Orleans Coffee has been percolating over the years with a chance to roast our own beans and learning the art of tasting coffee, aka "cupping".
Guests all went home with their very own bag of Orleans Coffee roasted that day as well as some other fun prizes.
