The needles in my head are to discourage nightmares, which I've been having more of recently. The cup was left in place for about 10 minutes to help relieve shoulder tension. Very effective!

When hot water is added, watch tea leaves unfurl to reveal a pink flower.
[NOTE] The Jazzy Jasmine Ball (sold by joshuatea.com) is considered an art tea. The tea leaves are tied tightly around a flower and when hot water is added, the flower is revealed.
