Okay, so I was watching the movie ('Chocolat') and then I figured that since I watch so many movies, maybe I should try to take photos that have something to do with films I watch. Whether it's thinly related to the title, the plot, characters, whatever. Maybe it'll help me improve.
This is a part of our autumn series. More info in my profile!

Here's the pattern on my blog, although I tweaked this one a little bit so that I could get 2 buttons on it. :D
This is a beautiful pair of silver cuff links featuring two 17 ruby jewels GRUEN watch movements that have a bunch of cool gears and movable parts on them. The cuff links are rectangle in shape and measure approximately 3/4 inches in length and 5/8 inches in width. Reg. $330. Disc.$250.
Beautiful Czech 2-hole carrier beads look just like little puffy pillows. A slender strip of peyote band encircles the carrier bead horizontally. This leaves the ends of the carrier bead bare showing off the beauty of the Czech glass carrier bead. The strip is then embellished with twinkling crystals to bejewel the carrier bead. A series of embellished carrier beads are connected with sparkling fire polished beads and finished with herringbone straps on each end. A quick project for almost instant gratification.

Cuff detail. I was trying to approximate the Mountain Hardwear Ghost Whisperer cuff style. It's a heavy, stretchy Lycra.
Secret Lentil cuffs are each a little landscape of freeform stitching - with ruffles and frays and little volcanos and spores and other surprises. No two are alike. They are made from multiple layers of 100% linen — and between that and the extensive stitching, they have a nice substantial feel. Each closes with a stretchy loop and a hand chosen button from my coveted stash of vintage buttons. They're super comfortable.
Lorraine is hosting this wonderful swap with the Marie Antoinette Mail Art Group and my partner is Debi, here is the cuff that I made for her.
One of Ruby's great designs-a cuff for netted or Russian spiral bracelets and necklaces. This one is made from seeds with drops woven in for texture and interest.
Hand sewn faux leather cuff, lined with purple fleece and decorated with MOP buttons and embroidery thread in various colours. Press stud fastening.
This is a very minimalistic copper cuff, i have made recently. I like it, because it's light, clear detailed, and has triangles :) (my really favorite detail, though it doesn't dominate a lot in my style)
Art and science, two very different parts of the human experience, have deep links and have long complemented each other. Here, woven into a dense organic body of glass beads in red, orange, green, grey and yellow are a fish vertebrae(Osteology), an abacus-like creation(Mathematics), a pair of junebug wing covers(zoology), a piece of raw citrine(Geology)and a single Swarovski crystal(clarity).
The bracelet is clasped with an artisan lampwork bead(Art).
All of the metal is sterling silver and the bracelet is stitched with Fireline for durability.
