Hibbs Homes carpenters built custom lockers (cubbies) for the homeowner. They are simple, but elegant and very functional.

We spent the school holidays dismantling three pallets (and using an entire one) as materials for building this cubby house. Total cost is approximately AU$120 (paint, roofing material, staple gun, screws). It was a great 4 days working with my dad and my 6 and 9 year old boys to build this cubby house that the kids enjoy.
The lower area will eventually have three walls and will be the home of our dog Andreas :)

We went on our first Preschool field trip on Wednesday and of course Cubby was dressed to impress. She loved the farm and even tried to take home a goat.
Lots of crazy stuff on this. 7 hours in total...pieces icnludes Cerburus (3 headed dog that guards the entrace of hell..eveil demons....goblins and headless lady)
This is the first picture I've taken of Cubby since she was a little fledgling. She does not like the camera, but I've always meant to take a new one of her.

Cubby Bear was inspired by the picture of the blue hats in the background. I don't know if it's possible to knit that tiny as to actually re-create the hats in miniature scale but I would love to see someone try! ; ) I felted Cubby's little blue one but think a real knitted one would be cool. He is pictured in my 1/12 scale dollhouse crib.
