On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 the Educational Opportunity Programs hosted a reception to recognize the accomplishments of graduating EOP students. Over 600 EOP students are anticipated to graduate this Spring and Summer.

Cal State University of Northridge,來聽演奏會

While at lunch, a protest walked by! I of course ran out into the street with my camera. CSUN, aka California State University Northridge, is my alma mater (TV/Film, '92)...

Info from CNN on the protests: "Students and workers from around the country will take action Thursday to defend education against budget cuts, layoffs, furloughs and tuition increases at the colleges and universities, and increased privatization of K-12 schools. Dozens of college campuses in California are leading the "national day of action" with scheduled protests, rallies, and walkouts."
