Ubah was convinced room 3 was a crime scene. I am thinking she might be right...
The Biohazard soldiers were used in areas thick with fallout after the CSA Joint Chiefs of Staff bombed the USA. The Biohazard Soldiers, known as "Yellabellies" for the color of their suits, went in before any other humans. Though the suits were the best the CSA had to offer, leaks occasionally occurred, resulting in men being fried by radiation.
