found out that it is a Dragon Fruit that forms after a Night Blooming Cereus Cactus flower has been crosspollinated..

by the time I found out, the birds had decided it had been left for them..

not for human consumption, then..

this year..

IF the bees do their thing..

and cross pollinate the flowers..

a friend & I are having a Dragon Fruit Party !
