Critters, Critters.. all I see is Critters

Green, soft and squishy.

Likes uncertainty and lollypops.

Made with a cotton blend yarn and polyester fiberfill. Glow in the dark polymer clay eyes. Measures about 4.5 inches tall.

SW1200RS GMTX 519 (formerly RE 1291) at West Carrollton, OH on 7/10/2017. With stacks covered with plastic, the unit is dead in tow after being picked up an hour earlier at the Dayton Synchronous Support Center complex.

This was a complete surprise; I have no idea where the unit is going or if it will be replaced with anything else.

Did some more reading about pendulums and managed to get a much more interesting pattern today. There are so many variables, and with 30+ sec exposures, it's a time-consuming trial and error process. At least I'm not doing this on film!

Nikon D90, long exposure, color corrected. LED pendulum

I have been working on a logo for Critter so I can get some stickers made up and this is what I have some up with so far. It isn't what I am after because he looks a bit angry but I got some stickers printed just to see.....the logo is a work in progress and you guys will be the first to know.

What are YOU looking at, Punk?

Being a stray I was never too sure what Critter's breeding was until Jan a contact of mine sent me this link.

www.mainecoonrescue.net/identify.html And now I am positive that Critter is in part Maine Coon.

Reading the description physical and characteristics it's Critter to a T even down to the chirping.

He very rarely will meow but talk/chirps all the time....it's adorable.

Whatever he is, he's pretty darn special.

Thanks Jan for the ID :-)

After my modest success with the Mallard profile, I thought I would reach out to my cat for another critter profile.

I often wonder what cats think of snow.

..and I'll take the low road :) Sidekicks race down the hill :)

Discovered the first signs of life while cleaning the glass. The little specs near the glass edge are some type of zooplankton that came with the live rock, probably copepods. Planning to give these guys a while to mature so they can feed the eventual fish.

I think all my violetpies are here, plus a few others on top. This is mostly to help me recall their names. We are getting a green baby deer soon.

violetpie wishlisty: pink baby deer, panda, scrappy bears, cupcake kitties, ghost bunny, mad black cat, etc, etc, etc.
