Tofu mixture ingredients.. tofu, fish paste, luncheon meat, carrots, eggs, salted egg yolks, white pepper, corn starch and spring onions.. steam the mixture for 10 mins.. cool down.. then fried with lightly coated potato flour. Make extra to freeze !!
Who does love French fries....
Air frying them is almost as good as deep fried.

I woke up very early last Saturday to catch a glimpse of the beautiful winterday we had here in the Netherlands. Yesterday it was already pooring rain again and scene's like this seemed far away....:).
I had to act real quick at this location because of the fog disappearing very fast. I'm still satisfied with this result.
