My first cake using the new Cricut Cake. 6" chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge buttercream, buttercream decorations and fondant cut outs.

I made this Christmas house from scratch.

I started with making a sketch of the house and choosing the window design (see this pic).

I than cut the base of the house by hand and glue everything together (this post on my blog shows everything in pics).

Windows and door was cut on cricut machine. House is decorated with DCWV cardstock, the ornament garland was cut on cuttlebug. I also added some snow in the windows.

This is a handmade pocket card I made with the Cricut for my son's sixth birthday invitation. The pup is from Boys Will Be Boys and the tag is from Plantin Schoolbook.

Cricut Flower Shoppe

12" round double layer butter yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It has an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and a fresh layer of fondant. The cow print is hand cut from fondant. The wording and characters are done using the cricut cake machine

Magical Birthday Card - Inside

birthday cake... red velvet with cream cheese icing as filling and icing; covered in periwinkle fondant, decorated with gumpaste butterflies, sage fondant pearl border, silver dragees, purple disco dust and hand-painted swirlies (I used my Cricut for the first time).

Paper cut of an iPad drawing by Cricut, a digital cutter. It's like an old-fashioned plotter but with a blade instead of a pen.

Experimenting with how thick the lines have to be, how detailed it can cut, how thick a piece of paper it can cut, the pros and cons of having all the shapes be closed, and the fabulous shadows you can make with the completed pieces. Like Calders made of paper.

Made for Mums birthday a couple of weeks agi, I made the Paisley using Cricut Cake machine

Red Velvet Cake, with cream cheese buttercream. Red piping with black cricut cake decorations. First time using my cricut cake.

my husband made the magnetic strips on the wall and I have all kinds of small pieces stored in tins with magnets on back. A ribbon holder will go over that. THe worktable hasa surge protector ran the length of it and extra spot lighting accesible.
