A page made for the October 2010 Lyric Challenge on Scrapbook.com. The task was to create a page inspired by a song by the Beatles.

I have such a long list of favorite songs by them but I was compelled to capture the origin of this one.

In the middle is a pic of Julian Lennon's original art from nursery school that inspired the song, debunking the long thought rumors that its about LSD.

I used a ton of items cut from my Cricut, in fact...all the elements except for the picture, the matting, the journal strips, and the journaling.

Its a bit of a jumble but I'm very happy with the layout!

Hi! Lovely crafters. I have been waiting to write this blog for many days after designing a custom label for my daughter’s school assignment. It was fun making it. And most importantly, my daughter loved it. So, I thought, why not share my way of creating labels with a Cricut Explore machine?
