Cricut Dreams Come True

I used some Hero Arts and Close to My Heart Stamps for this page and lots of Cricut and Slice cartridges. For more info see my blog:

I made this for my nephew who turned 7. I didn't want to add too many embellishments that might get bumped off, once in the hands of a 7yo. lol.

I used my Cricut Expression.

We needed a sign to announce our community meeting, so I made one using my Cricut!

The challenge was to make a breast cancer awareness themed project.

Some Echo Park Little Girl papers were used on this crown card that I cut with my Cricut Once Upon a Princess cartridge.

The little girl is stamped and then paper pieced. The sentiment is so cute to go along with getting caught in the rain. The stamp is by My Favorite Things, I cut the label with the Cricut.

Fun was had in our Cricut for Kids class!

Cricut Create a Critter

I made this card for my cousin who had a second child, a little boy. His big sister was 16 months when he was born so the two little ones are very young. The letters on the bears are to signify the family member's first names. Made with scrap paper and the Create a Critter cartridge.

Glitter ornament - clear glass ball with Future Floor wax swirled around inside, poured out and super fine glitter poured in and shaken to cover. Vinyl words added on outside.

Use of glimmer mists and masks to create a background on plain paper.

Photo is mounted on chocolate paper with a red core and is torn to show the core colour. Journalling tags have been stamped and distressed.

Birds on the branch were cut on a Cricut machine and re-coloured with inks. Gingham ribbon and autumn leaves & flowers finish the layout

I used the sketch from Sketch Support along with some Pink Paislee papers.

This swap was based on specific paper line so that it could be used with layouts of the same type. I just did lots of layers of paper and ribbon. Cosmo Cricut is the only line that has chipboard pieces that I like, and these were my favorites.

Using the Hello Kitty Greetings Cricut Cartridge. I didn't get much cut out, but now that I know more about what I want and how it cuts, I'll definitely be stocking up next time I go to my mom's.

Happy Birthday!
