I made this for my nephew who turned 7. I didn't want to add too many embellishments that might get bumped off, once in the hands of a 7yo. lol.

The little girl is stamped and then paper pieced. The sentiment is so cute to go along with getting caught in the rain. The stamp is by My Favorite Things, I cut the label with the Cricut.

My daughter asked me to make her a sign for her room to show her love of lacrosse. It has a girl lacrosse player silhouette in grey and letters in blue as those are her team colors.
I made this card for my cousin who had a second child, a little boy. His big sister was 16 months when he was born so the two little ones are very young. The letters on the bears are to signify the family member's first names. Made with scrap paper and the Create a Critter cartridge.
Glitter ornament - clear glass ball with Future Floor wax swirled around inside, poured out and super fine glitter poured in and shaken to cover. Vinyl words added on outside.

Use of glimmer mists and masks to create a background on plain paper.
Photo is mounted on chocolate paper with a red core and is torn to show the core colour. Journalling tags have been stamped and distressed.
Birds on the branch were cut on a Cricut machine and re-coloured with inks. Gingham ribbon and autumn leaves & flowers finish the layout

This swap was based on specific paper line so that it could be used with layouts of the same type. I just did lots of layers of paper and ribbon. Cosmo Cricut is the only line that has chipboard pieces that I like, and these were my favorites.
