August 2014 CreativeMornings/Raleigh event (global theme: Failure) with guest speaker Christmas Abbott.
Despite a modest frame of only 5 feet, 3 inches and 118 pounds, Christmas Abbott boasts quite a body of work. A business owner, CrossFit competitor, Olympic Lifter, Head Trainer and most recently a NASCAR pit crew front tire changer, Christmas displays a balancing act that a few could execute with such charisma.
Special thanks to our host CAM Raleigh and sponsors CompostNow, Counter Culture Coffee, who generously provided us with complimentary coffee, and Happy + Hale who provided healthy, tasty breakfast snacks.
Creative activity could be described as a type of learning process where teacher and pupil are located in the same individual.

"Make a photograph featuring the color yellow today."
My latest piece. I'm really satisfied with the outcome, it's simple but that's how I like to keep things. Took a LOT of brushing and erasing. =]

Monthly inspiration mosaic. Love you people, thanks for inspiring me! Created with fd's Flickr Toys.
This is how I feel at the moment. Incredibly frustrated because I'm completely uninspired. I cannot find anything in me, no ideas, no inspiration, nothing, and all I wanna do is take photos. Anyone got any ideas of how to cure a creativity crisis?

It´s been a while since last time I was in here... not good at all but I guess school is more important.. And the worst thing is that I have not been taking so many photos during october either! Well, I guess it is the winter that takes all my creativity. But I have been thinking about doing something tomorrow.. Just try to take something at least! But we will see.. maybe some new shot of all the snow? Well, if you did not know we have a lot here right now... Not funny at all...
Eitherway, this is a shot of Mathilda from my first time in the studio! (while we are talking about that; I have some new studio photos....)
