An all over deep glitter portrait and body paint series laser painted, featuring Mylee Rae. www.facebook.com/Myleeraemodel

Captured in Sterzing during my workshop at the World Bodypainting Festival 2025, Valeriia shines in a delicate gown, framed by the gentle bloom of roses. A fleeting moment of elegance shared with twelve creative souls, where beauty and artistry met in harmony.

She stood beneath the lights like a vision pulled from a darker myth. Blue roses, jeweled horns, and a face turned almost ghostly made her feel less like a model and more like an apparition called into the room. This was one of three live promo makeups created before an audience in Helsinki during the World Championship of Creative Makeup and the Nordic bodypainting awards. A performance, a transformation, and a moment where beauty became something untamed.

One thing Wallmart is good for is you can get a lot of something for cheap. For example. Paint brushes. Here used as a wig? Combine that with the punkfunk of Mick Boisvert and we got ourselves some fun!

After my Ancient Cray Portrait series, which used 96 crushed up crayons, I was left with the wrapper for those crayons. Why not make a mask out of them I thought to myself.

And all the memories are calling my name

For the first fire

Valeriia at Creative Jam in Vipiteno. An angel carved from ice.

Her breath slips into the air and finds the back of your neck first: a quiet warning.

Lace blooms across her brow, silver horns rise like glacier ridges, and dark tears split the white like fractures in ice.

Whatever she reaches for goes still: Beautiful, silent, perfectly frozen.

Come little children

I’ll take thee away

Into a land of enchantment

Come little children,

the times come to play

Here in my garden of magic.”

Peeled acrylic paint strips reveal.

Some looks are pretty. Some looks tell a story.

This one did more than that. It stopped the room.

Viola became the center of a vision made of metal, shadow, and fire, while Roosa turned imagination into precision. At the World Championship in Creative Makeup at the I Love Me fair in Helsinki, that vision earned third place.

A well-deserved finish for work that felt fearless from every angle.

An exquisite fusion of art and beauty captured in a mesmerizing photograph, as a stunning model gracefully creates a vibrant masterpiece.

Dress - BeBe, on sale. Super cheap. No one was interested in it's fantastic shape and design so I snagged it and in my size at that. This was about $17.00, YEARS ago. Had to dust it off b/c it was hidden in my closet for so long.

9AM photo shoot and the most painful location made the cut. There was a few good ones but this shot did it for me. Might post the others if I have sometime to mess with them.

* Random thought - I need to invest in some more gloves.

* Music I was listening to today - Laibach, remix album.

Painted Faces

This image was taken in an attempt to experiment with the different ways in which random colours could be used to change the shapes of a face.
