This is a view taken from the B4293 looking westwards. Travelling along this road there is an impressive view of the broad plains and low hills stretching out to the Black Mountains in the distance, but it can be seen as a series of views that cumulatively build up to form the vista. It is difficult to find one spot where a sense of this can be gained, but this view offers a part of it at any rate.

During 2021–2022, CC has been celebrating the 20th anniversary of our founding in 2001 and the first release of the CC licenses in 2002, successfully concluding an ambitious fundraising campaign to support programs like Open Culture, Open Climate, and Open Education, and to help ensure CC’s ongoing sustainability.
CC chapters worldwide marked the anniversary locally with events, activities, and projects in November and December 2022.
Creative Commons Nederland celebrated this with a potluck lunch. The recipes of this lunch will be bundled in a booklet that will be published with a CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
Duting the celebration the participants also looked back on 18 years CC in The Netherlands and talke about future challenges and plans.

Some thoughts about copyright...
When you upload a photograph on flickr (or anywhere else on internetz) and make it visible for everybody, you can't predict what is going to happen. A lot of people will view it, some will like it, some will not. And if someone with bad intentions would want to use your shots without asking your permission, believe, this person will do this. (Don´t you get any illusions about the "spaceball.gif" file... everyone knows how to get the file behind it). What most people do is uploading a small size file. It reduces the chances regarding unauthorized prints, at least. But what if you want people to see the "large on black" version? Kinda hard question.
Well, I've just decided to license my works under a Creative Commons Licence. There's a few ways to use it, from the more restricted to the pretty open. (Notice that these shots I have uploaded here are just a small part of my entire work. They are like "samples"). I'll be into this one:
Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike, that means:
You can: to share, copy, remix, adapt, distribute and transmit my work;
Under these following conditions:
Attribution — You must give me the credit, don't count my work as yours. A "by Ewan Thot" is pretty welcome. (I think I'm the only one under this name, quite recognizable). If you're going to adapt or use my work as "stock" and upload the result somewhere, please provide a link to my photostream or to page you got it.
Noncommercial — You may not use my work for commercial purposes.
Share Alike — If you alter, transform, or build upon my work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or under a similar Creative Commons Licence. Pass this idea forward!
Anyway, some things will keep fully copyrighted... some of my selfies, for instance. I'm not into sharing them that openly... And some things will be avaliable for any purpose, like those textures I'll be posting. Surely everything will be stated.
For other usages, permissions or original files please contact me at ewanthot at gmail dot com.
