I wonder if this will get rebuilt. It only has a narrow road leading to it with grass in the middle. No way across even for my Yamaha DT175MX. If there had been a convenient ramp perhaps, but the road bends on the approach to this side so there is no good run up for the Dukes of Hazzard if they were passing by.

the purple flowered plant is Krameria glandulosa (range ratany). II believe that the prickly pear is Opuntia macrocentra, sometimes called the "purple cactus" or Long-Spine Prickly Pear. I loved the contrast in colors.

The Arizona desert while moving to Texas. The moving truck was flat out at 68 mph - the big rigs didn't have that problem.

This was taken on the 25th September 2014, a short distance west of the free parking spot by Cannop Ponds on the B4234.
