I guessed it spot on as soon as I looked at it! I couldn't understand the text underneath anyway (was in Swedish)!
And I find this advertising truly AMAZING! Very subtlely conveys what it has to.
Edit: It is an Amnesty ad proclaiming "Stoppa kvinnlig könsstympning" meaning Stop Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). A horrifying practice practiced mainly in the African regions and sometimes also referred to as female circumcision.

The city of Barcelona is always worth the visit.
