The London Buses Incident Response Unit liveried version of CMN's Mercedes Sprinter lends itself well to fire appliance roles. This one has had its original lettering stripped off with nail varnish remover and been rebranded as an Incident Support Unit, and the rescue boat on tow is a Cararama/Schuco model. YK09 DSR is seen when brand new prior to going on the run with my fictional North Riding brigade.
Two (yellow & orange ones) of which can only be found in Borneo.

This piece of street art, "The Water Goddess," was observed on Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, California.
Hoek van Holland Haven was an entry point for many trips to the Netherlands up until the early 1990s usually via tghe overnight ferry from Harwich. The branch from Rotterdam did continue on one stop further to Hoek van Holland Strand where I made a visit on 16 June 1990. Plan Y2 Sprinter EMU no. 2873 is waiting to depart on the 08:49 Hoek van Holland Strand to Rotterdam CS on 16 June 1990.
