Um, the title pretty much says it all. These just rolled through Kennewick today, no rain or anything. Eventually they started turning all kinds of amazing colors around civil twilight. It was absolutely beautiful, but cold! There is no mercy from the weather when you ride your bike around to get shots :P
I also want to say thanks for everyones enthusiastic response to my last photo. It made explore and people really seemed to like it :-) Thanks a bunch guys! (and girls!)

well, my second try didn´t pan out as well as the my first try at all. I figured that shooting a storm is really hard as the wind is quite strong and everything is going on pretty quickly as. Yesterday, it was tremendous strom but everything was pretty high hidden in the clouds. So, I tried shooting some of enlightened clouds but that doesn´t look so good as I was too close and thunder were too strong for my setting. I would need much bigger screen on some connection with my laptop to check out everything that is being shooted. For controling pictures I could use camera´s screen but when I would the camera to check the pictures the storm would just finish its´ masterpiece and disappear. So for next I will go back to my previous setting which ISO 100-200 top 3-5 secs and wide open aperture.
So I was just sitting at work bored out of my mind, contemplating my shot for today and dodging phone calls from angry parents, while trying to ignore the screaming children when I peaked out the window and saw some amazing clouds setting up for the sunset... I found my coworker, explained the situation, and took a 20 minute break down at Lighthouse Park in Mukilteo... Lets just say this beats the pants off work =)
I just hope I wasn't the only one that caught these amazing clouds!!
