Coping is poured and set. I coated with sealant, I am going to most likely buff it down with an angle grinder and paint it. Overall it was a success although it rained like hell while I was in the middle of pouring it. It doesn't protrude as much as I thought, when there are two layers of wood on the ramp it should be only a marginal bump, maybe 3/4" or so, but it will be fun. It ran all over the sides and made a mess, but who cares.

Very surprised to see this Red-Tailed Hawk taking a bath today on the Diag, just west of Hatcher Library. I am not sure if he was a juvenile, but he seemed to be wanting someone to feed him! When he opened his mouth, he was not screeching. It was hot - but not that hot around noon when I saw him. Taken on Monday June 12, 2017 at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Nicole Javorsky is a college student who believes in the power of creativity. She started Cubs for Coping, which spreads hope and creativity through handmade teddy bears. Nicole and her friends lead volunteer events in New York City where people come to learn how to make bears. The handmade bears are donated to hospitals, shelters, and eating disorder programs. The inspiration for Cubs for Coping came from Nicole’s hospital stay. Nicole’s family and friends brought her stuffed animals, which reminded her that she wasn’t alone. Cubs for Coping is about enabling people to channel creativity to spread connection and hope.

Photo of a necklaced female. She was known to the authorities and was being closely observed. It looks really tight and constrictive but she seems to be coping with it. What is it? Probably old fishing line.

S&R Pool & Spa offers a complete line of coping & tile replacement. Installing new tile and coping can bring back the original beauty of your pool. Pre-cast concrete with a bull-nose front edge has been the standard pool coping for many years. Modern pool designs are making use of cantilever, bull-nose brick, and natural stone coping which come in many colors and textures. Cantilever coping (poured concrete) extends the concrete pool deck over the edge of the pool, and eliminates the maintenance of an expansion joint between the coping and pool deck. Style, cost, and maintenance are all items to consider when deciding on your pool coping.
