We visited the Ocean Explorium in New Bedford Massachusetts. What a great touch aquarium for the kids to explore (and feed) ocean life. They got to touch the scallops and crabs, see seahorses, fish, giant tanks and feed the rays and sharks.

here's my shameless promotion of danisoul's rubber soul stamping business. she has a new web page of fabulous items...great rubber/ink stamps with wonderful designs. all her products are made in the US. she also features some neat books and journals as well as envirobags. I ordered from the web on Tuesday and my order arrived today. I did christmas and birthday shopping in a hot minute. I'm planning to try and use one or two of these stamps to ink a pattern for a pillow then embroider the outline...I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Construction Management students, Abbie Cummings (Maine) and Colin Barbalace (Virginia), team up to install some of the windows. Windows and doors are typically manufactured in a factory and arrive on site pre-packaged and ready for installation. This speeds construction time, but makes for a pretty heavy package as Abbie and Colin are about to learn.

Had a great birthday weekend. Had a nice dinner date even further uptown than this; dinner turned into breakfast. Then called a friend up near there, visited him for lunch. Then Tyra called me out to Queens for dinner. LOL

I had a full belly and a beautiful Sunday all over New York City.
