My Grandson Josh loves those little Uglies Cookies, so I thought I would have a go at making my own recipe. They really tasted like the real thing.
**Measurements I use:
1 cup = 250 ml
1 teaspoon - 5 ml
INGREDIENTS
½ cup margarine
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 ¾ cups Self Raising Flour
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
125g Mini M&Ms
METHOD
=Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius / 356 Fahrenheit
=Cream margarine, sugars & vanilla until light & fluffy
=Add egg & mix well
=With a wooden spoon, stir in salt & flour until well combined
=Add Mini M & Ms & mix through
=Roll into very small teaspoon sized balls & place on baking tray lined with Glad Bake
=Bake approx 8-10 minutes
=Let cool on tray fro 5 minutes, then place on cooling tray
Rolling ginger bread cookie dough into balls. They were sent for time-out in the 'fridge til I was ready to bake 'em. I also made chocolate chip cookie bars, oatmeal cookies, vanilla cupcakes, and fudge brownies. None of this was vegan, though. :( (I made it for the folks at work)
Another version of cookie boys & girls, ordered to fill birthday goody bags. Mariana gave me the idea of adding a bag or suspender for some of them.
My granddaughter made the dough for these last week and left it in the fridge for me to bake when I had time. They are delicious!
These cookies packs are perfect giveaways for children birthday parties, Baby 1st month celebrations, weddings, Christmas etc... all that's needed are cookie cutters for that theme, lots of creative artwork and TIME. :)

I made these for a student I've been working with all quarter who's really turned around his attitude toward school! These are some of the best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever tried so I'm sad I'm giving them away but he totally deserves them!
