Peanut Butter cookies are my personal favorites so I made a few extra dozen. I only allowed myself one so far and am freezing the rest for the future.
More cookies to come!
When you make ice cream, you often have egg whites left over. These cookies utilize four egg whites - and they go well with ice cream too. The recipe is on my blog.
This is the illustration going with the invitation to my Christmas exhibition. Translated it means "Cookies and Art". Yes, I agree, it does sound a bit better in German. Part of the exhibition will be that if you bring homemade cookies you will get cookies made by myself in return. Of course there are going to be a few more artists presenting jewellery, silk accessoires, calligraphie, porcelain, watercolours, metal works, and much more. So if you are in the vicinity on November 24 and 25 of this year do stop by. Coffee and cake (and champagne) will be served too. Does this sound tempting?
These cookies are pretty big and I knew there's no way that 12 of them would fit in one of my cute little take-out boxes. So I put them in a cellophane bag and it looks better than I was expecting! Woot!

I fell in love with these greek style cookies on x-mas. I was so happy to buy loads of them in Greece. I dedicate this picture to my uncle Theodorakis ,for he "stole" the last ones of them x-mas cookies for me to eat for breakfast the morning after the celebrations...and also thanks to two lovely girls of my university, who gave me a whole box as a present!
One of my neighbors just stopped by with this plate of aromatic treats. The scents of ginger and cardamom are rising from the plate.

Shortbread cookies :]
The super cute teapot cookie cutter is from Bake It Pretty and the recipe from Pioneer Woman
arrange cookies on baking sheets so they have room to spread. no real protection for your baking sheets is needed, but normally I would use parchment paper. I didn't have any, so I'm going to cook them right on my flat cooking sheet, and some of them on my silphat.
These Flu-Fighter cookies are not only yummy, but are good for you too. They're loaded with ingredients that are good for boosting your immune system. Full of cranberries, raisins, ginger, yogurt, and oats.
