November was my Cookie-making Month. This set was for a sweet 14 year old girl whose Mom is a very good friend since school days.

www.flickr.com/photos/rosey_sugar_palace/3883258722/ , then followed Martha Stewart recipe and made these bonbons.I'm very pleased how they turned out,but I've got a long way to perfection.I like the taste,but I think they are more cookies then bonbons:-)I omitted the cassis from recipe.I made these as samples and hoping for display in a wedding planner shop around here.Still don't know how should I price them.

Daniel and I baked cookies today, although getting him to sprinkle the raisins in was a mistake as he downed the whole handful. The resulting biscuits were crisp and short - really nice. Thanks Mary Berry for the recipe we adapted.
Day 169. 365. My friend Betty helped me bake a batch of tasty oatmeal cookies tonight. I can always rely on her to help me with all my baking needs.

Sugar cookies to match the cake for the Sweet 16 bday girl. Her mother is surprising her at school with these on her actual bday. Fondant, RI and food writer pen.
This shortbread type of cookie is buttery and crunchy with subtle matcha flavour. The recipe yields 20 cookies.
INGREDIENTS:
l 60g butter, softened at room temperature
l 30g (1/8 cup) caster sugar
l 1/2 teaspoon matcha
l 90g (3/4 cup) cake flour, sifted
l 30g (1/4 cup) almond dice
l Baking chocolate
METHOD:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 160° C (320° F).
2. Cream butter and whisk until the mixture becomes pale white.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, matcha and almond
4. Mix the dry ingredients into the butter. Mix well. User a rubber spatula to gather the dough together.
5. Roll the dough into 2cm balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet about 1 – 2cm apart. Put the baking chocolate on top of the ball as decoration.
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven and cool.
Bella and Amanda made cookies the other day. They made them from scratch with the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe. 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar. Mix. Bake at 350 (if they are all the same size) for 10-12 minutes or until done.
A selection of cupcake, heart and round cookies. They are all sugar biscuits with a layer of meringue and topped with fondant.
While we are in the mood to bake cookies, let's make some Christmas cookies.
Just hope that there are still some left on December 25th.
