I used to see ads for these in the backs of magazines like Popular Science and Popular Mechanics, at least back in the early to mid 1970's.
I purchased this at the Fremont Sunday Market here in Seattle, an open-air "flea market" some years ago. At the time, the two plastic cursors were stuck together, and I confess that I didn't immediately recognize it as being a slide rule! When I got around to cleaning the thing, the severely yellowed plastic hairline cursors separated, and I regognized what I had.
The reverse side contains additional trigonometric and conversion data.

I have still got a bit of work to do on this one smoothing and respraying the bare metal where I have removed the canopy valance,thinning down the bracket the spot light is fixed to.

Riding this thing takes some doing. It feels like a recumbent unicycle. The steering being connected to your power train is unnerving at first, but it does balance pretty well.
other side, I followed it a couple of times ran very smoothly and no smoke, accelerates fairly quickly for a bus. My guess is it has been reengined
