I suppose we all have favourite bits in a photo and mine in this are the lower layer of white clouds…..Oh, and that splash, of which I timed many but this one was my favourite :)

The image is about 5 cm (2 inches) on the long edge.
Light trails from the early morning traffic converge on the St. Croix Crossing bridge over the St. Croix River, as seen from Oak Park Heights, Minnesota.
Construction on the bridge began with the piers in 2014. The bridge was opened to vehicle traffic following a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 2, 2017.
