Washington Center member Jaymi Steinberg, who serves on the Technical Operations Committee (TOC) of the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Associations (IFATCA), met with fellow TOC members in Tbilisi, Georgia, last week to coordinate work in progress and discuss the papers to be presented at the 2019 IFATCA annual conference.
“There are lots of interesting topics forthcoming as a part of the next conference, including minimum separation, updates on ATFM/A-CDM, and much more,” Steinberg said. “We discussed paper progress and heard from local controllers about concerns. We also had a fabulous tour of their facilities including tower, approach and center, as well as sims.”
The members of the TOC will use all the input collected during the meeting to further improve their working papers. A final meeting shortly before the conference will finalize the papers before distributing them to IFATCA's member associations, so they can be discussed at the conference.

This is a variation of a Controller Faceplate that I haven't seen before. It's an official MadCatz faceplate on the back but I've never seen a blister pack with this faceplate. There are two other varieties of Nascar 88 faceplates that are common in my controller faceplate album. If anyone has more information please reply with a comment.
This controller model was released by Microsoft in 2008. My understanding was that this was only released in Europe. If you have different information, please reply with a comment.

This is a custom controller I made with the spare cartridge that came with the copy of Guitar Hero on Tour. It was fairly simple: four buttons with 1 resistor each. I used a spare rj45 cable because the cable was lighter gauge than the wire I had.
