Here we are three weeks later with a whole new version of that last board.
The first version was based on a microcontroller that is now out of stock everywhere. It went obsolete. I tried to find a compatible one but eventually decided to start over using a different manufacturer's part that had similar capabilities. Of course that meant going back to the drawing board but here I am again, ordering more circuit boards.
(Considering it took me several years to go from start to circuit board number one, putting together a second one in three weeks feels pretty good.)
Comments welcome.

A USB controller for the PC - handy little control unit for PC video editing - just could not get the cord straight.
The controller has two channel selections (although their appears to be three settings, the switch only has two positions). The left control moves up and down to control power and hence height. The right control moves left and right to over-ride the gyro and turn the helicopter in the horizontal plane (yaw), and up and down for pitch i.e. forwards and backwards. This is achieved by a clever 3rd motor on the tail (see other photos). There is no roll control (left and right) on this model. The central knob allows for trimming of the yaw gyro.
All you have to do is connect it into the cube controller ports in the top of the Wii and it will have full GameCube compatibility. Its main features include a turbo and slow function, complete analog action buttons, dual analog joysticks, and a vibration feedback. With GameCube Controller, you’ll surely have a blast beating up your friends in the virtual world.
This is a push button switch with a built in LED. Note in Australia a Green light on the dash is required to indicate the EV is "On"
A Solar Charge Controller is a device that use to control the amount of current PV modules feed into a battery bank. Their main purpose is to stop over - charging the batteries, but Charge Controllers also block the reverse current from a battery bank from leaking backwards into the photovoltaic array.
It is not always you require a Charge Controller if your panel sizing is less than 2 W with a minimum maintenance. The Solar Charge Controllers maximum power point tracking feature permits Solar Panel Charge Controller to draw maximum power from a panel in your current conditions.

Repair of my xbox 360 Controller.
Left Analog Stick was seriously worn and loose to the point it wasn't controlling my games correctly and more often than not have a mind if its own, luckily the same analog stick is used in the ps2 controller for which I had a duff one with good sticks so cribbed one from there, now all works like a new pad.
