for "Forward Reaction Control System" - the steering/attitude control system when the shuttle is on orbit. There are ports on the sides and top of the nose and on large Orbital Maneuvering System (OMS) pods on either side of the tail.
Rather than have holes in the underside of the shuttle, the two large ports in the center of the photo fire downward at an angle.
The lines at the bottom and right side show the modular nature of the FRCS. The FRCS module (and the OMS pods on the tail) can be removed for servicing/replacement.

Considered one of the best aircraft control systems, the Eclipse 7 is loaded with features; 7-channels, 7-model memory, shift changeability so you can use any brand of FM 72MHz receiver, optional 50-channel SPECTRA synthesizer module to select any channel to fly on, and specific programming for helicopters, gliders, and glow, gas or electric fixed wing aircrafts. The Eclipse 7 has the quality, value, and features that you have come to expect from Hitec. For R/C Pilots that demand an extra level of performance and reliability, Hitec has created a “super fast response” PCM technology called “Quick Pulse Code Modulation” in the Eclipse 7. The “Quick” PCM signal has an incredible 0.011 second response rate for the solid control feel you want for your heli or gas powered airplane.
The two behind Head Control System, the newly formed heavy groove/rock act exploring cinematic visuals, heavy riffs and melody, are no beginners within the world of music. Daniel Cardoso (ex-Sirius / Re:aktor) and Kristoffer Garm Rygg (Ulver / ex-Arcturus / Borknagar) exudes a powerful concoction of ideas, energy and uniqueness that can only come from experience.

INTRODUCING THE GINGKO AUDIO
MINI-CLOUDS VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM
Effective vibration control at an affordable price!
We are very excited to announce the new Mini-Clouds, an entry-level vibration control system from Gingko Audio. The Mini-Clouds come in a set of three black acrylic bases and three Gingko Audio vibration control balls.
"I'll take an educated guess: If you pin a 100% on your current sound without resonance control, the Mini Clouds will readily give you a 20% improvement and perhaps even more, especially if you play things loudly and have full-range speakers. For the money asked, this becomes a slap-me-silly idea whose time is now."
Srajan Ebaen, 6moons
Even if you only have an entry-level high-end audio system worth $5000-$6000, say a Music Hall or Antique Sound Labs integrated amp, a Creek CD or Arcam CD player, a pair of Reference 3A Dulcet speakers on stands, cables, and power conditioning, a 20% improvement would be conservatively be equivalent to a $1000-$1200 upgrade, all for about the cost of a set of Mini-Clouds.
Here are the features of the Mini-Clouds:
*
They provide excellent vibration control performance at a very reasonable price point. In our vibration tests, the Mini-Clouds remove on average 95% of the vibration between 5 Hz and 500 Hz. This is compared to 98% for the Cloud 10, and 99% for the Cloud 11. So they go a long way in providing very effective vibration control at a reasonable price.
*
The Mini-Clouds can be placed anywhere under the bottom of the component to balance the load. In this sense, it even offers more flexibility than the Cloud 10 (with 15 positions for the dimples) and the Cloud 11 (with 10 positions for the dimples).
*
As it does not require the top platform, its profile is lower than that of the Cloud 10 or Cloud 11. This is especially beneficial when space is limited on the shelf.
*
As with the Cloud 10 or Cloud 11, the ball has an optimal load of 10 lbs and has a capacity of 20 lbs. So a set of Mini-Clouds is perfect for components weighing 30-40 lbs. For heavier components, simply add more Mini-Clouds (Mini-Clouds are only available in sets of three).
*
The bases are of double thickness with deeper wells and dimples (similar to the Cloud 11 bottom plate), thus providing a higher level of safety (the balls won't roll off of the dimples unless you deliberately push really hard).

Culture passage Karlsplatz opened
The culture passage Karlsplatz was opened on 17 September 2013. It is now modern, bright, clean and safe.
In redesigning the accessibility has been considered. Two elevators and the tactile control system make the passage accessible. Passersby go without stairs to the surface.
Historic Passage fit for the future
On 25 February 1978 the U1 between Karlsplatz and Reumannplatz was Vienna's first underground section and thus the Karlsplatz subway in operation. Some 35 years after its opening, floors, walls and ceilings now have been renovated and equipped with the technical equipment such as fire protection equipment in the passage and in the shops on the cutting edge of technology . Also, the monitoring station and other operating and lounges around the Viennese lines were renewed under the revitalization. A total of approximately 5,000 square stone tiles have been laid, built around 1,800 square meters of glass and installed approximately 1,950 new lights.
A work of art that combines
The 70 -meter-long artwork of internationally renowned Tyrolean artist Ernst Caramelle in the passage direction Resselpark is the main highlight of the new culture passage . The installation makes the room appear in a new perspective . It extends the Karlsplatz existing works of art as the tube installation by Peter Kogler or the art project " Pi " by Ken Lum .
Charm of the 1950s characterizes Opernpassage
The range of Opernpassage is dedicated to the restoration of the original appearance of the 1950s . The flooring in a checkerboard pattern and the use of glass for wall cladding bring back the charm of that era . The work was carried out in close cooperation with the Federal Monuments Office .

The structures enable him to manually control the water level throughout the property. Dykstra is also working with NRCS to address invasive species on the property. (NRCS photo by Brandon O’Connor)
The Williams FW14B appeared in an era that saw the dawn of electronic control systems in motorsport. It dominated the 1992 Formula One World Championship season, taking Nigel Mansell to the Drivers' World Championship and Williams to the constructor's title. The Renault V10-powered FW14B was one of the most technologically advanced F1 cars ever built. With an advanced semi-automatic gearbox, active suspension and traction control. Here Nigel Mansell waves to the huge, excited crowd on the way back down the hill at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, having being reunited with one of the FW14B's which he used to dominate the 1992 season. This being his first time driving the model since stepping out of this actual chassis at the final round in Australia which resulted in a non finish after a collision with Ayrton Senna. With Mansell Mania bringing huge crowds to Goodwood to celebrate thirty years since Mansell's title win, the ever popular star engaged with the fans, gave a great performance throughout the weekend and wore his 1992 race suit and period helmet. It was this car in which Nigel dominated the British Grand Prix in 1992 from pole position. With 3 wins and 6 pole positions, this car played an important role in Mansell's title season. In total Mansell would take 9 victories out of 16 races that year with 14 pole positions. Sunday 26th June 2022.

The Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk was developed for the United States Army in the early 1970s as a replacement for the UH-1 Huey. The design development competition began in 1972, with the first flight in 1974, and the Sikorsky design declared the winner in 1976. The first Black Hawks entered service with the U.S. Army in 1979. The helicopter has proven to be extremely adaptable and versions of it are in use by the Army, Navy, and Air Force as well as numerous foreign nation's military forces and civilian operators.
The UH-60M version of the Black Hawk is the latest version of the helicopter developed for the U.S. Army. It features several upgrades from the original design including all glass cockpit instrumentation, an improved gearbox and engines, and other upgrades. Two of these received further upgrades to become the UH-60MU with a full fly-by-wire control system and upgraded cockpit instrumentation.
This Black Hawk was built by Sikorsky Aircraft and delivered to the U.S. Army in 2008 for testing of new systems. The helicopter participated in several test programs involving improved flight control systems and autonomous flight experimentation. This program involved using onboard computer systems and ground-based remote controls to demonstrate the ability for the Black Hawk to operate either with or without pilots. The helicopter was transferred to the Pima Air & Space Museum by the U.S. Army in March 2019.
