Two containers to finish off the current scavenger hunt, one had shortbread in at Christmas and I kept it as it can be used as a light, the other I picked up at our village fete yesterday, on the hedgehog rescue stand.

37422 "Victorious" is working top & tail with 37423 as they leave the container terminal at East Midlands Gateway with Branch Line Society's "The Sinfin Syphons" 1Z39 1138 East Midlands Gateway to Stanton Gate leg on day two of the four day summer syphons, Martin House charity charter on 3rd July 21....This was the first charter to use the branch to East Midlands Gateway Terminal.....shame about the drizzle and the jobsworth security for hassling anyone who dared put one foot off the footpath that runs through the site

I do like container growing. And I love my sempervivums and sedums and alpine plants. ...maybe I have a premonition of a retirement project.

After Sefton Park we headed to Princes Park.
The container is used to store Park stuff, and rather than leaving it as just a plain container they decided to make it something that people would want to look at.
It was a surprise to us, and we took quite a few photos.
It is (all sides decorated) a homage to impressionism and was created by local artist Alan Murray and local children with involvement from Granby Toxeth Development Trust.
Rollei RPX 25 shot with plastic 27mm Lumenbox lens on Leica Ic. Developed in Flic Film MQ-19 for 5 minutes at 68°F.
Just before the disruption I have mentioned here occurred, RFO's 193 742 passed by coming from the wrong side. The container shuttle may be from Duisburg Ruhrort Hafen (D) to Rotterdam Maasvlakte - which I have photographed a little over a year earlier with the same loco. Dordrecht, 03-05-2023.
