SET 1 – Horn Lake Target Interim Pics: Food Avenue Express
Bringing our attention back to eye-level now, here’s the view from my seat back across to the order counter and prep area behind it. While I doubt either of those things have changed very much, the menu itself did, as we can see it’s clearly done up in much more modern Target design language than the rest of the café space. I wish I could remember what we ordered on this day: was it popcorn? A pretzel? I’m pretty certain we must have ordered *something* to justify just sitting here, but sadly, I have no recollection of what :(

Is more choice automatically a good thing? Or does offering more choice just end up increasing complexity, costs and cause customers mental fatigue?
"What's on TV" and "TV Choice" are actually two different magazines from two separate publishers (IPC and Bauer respectively), even though these magazine issues look almost identical.

In 1952, FDA hired 16 women, working part time as “Consumer Consultants,” to gather information on public opinion about food labeling that would help the agency develop rules on certain products. In the mid-1960s, this workforce, now called Consumer Specialists, became full-time employees with responsibilities including public education on foods, drugs, and other consumer commodities through speeches, exhibits, and radio and television appearances. Today, these employees, which include men and women, are Public Affairs Specialists, and they continue to be a crucial asset in FDA’s efforts to inform and communicate with the public about health safety.
