in a shaft of harsh midday light, he emerges like a figure from a lost epic—wrapped in dust, framed by silence. each movement slow and deliberate, his presence slices through the stillness of the construction site. it is not just labor that you see, but rhythm, resilience, and the poetry of hands that shape cities.
Well i'm no model and I guess it would have been better taken in an appropriate setting.
That said I could never see myself rocking up to work setting my tripod and light up getting a mix on and telling the lads or customer don't mind me i'll just be taking my own portrait.

Nenverso used to work in construction but now does odd jobs now and then, having to do with his old line of work. He's also worked as the "cage keeper" at a place where they host cock-fights, for example. His name is really strange, even by Maracaibo standards.

Construction workers are again digging up the streetcar tracks on Lakeshore Blvd in Toronto. I took this while sitting in my car waiting patiently to get by today.
it's safe but still pretty windy, hard hats must be worn with chinstraps, no complaints about the view.
