According to my best efforts at online research, the building was completed in either 2004 or 2005. But you probably could've almost figured that out just from looking at it, right?

Its elaborate network of exterior grilles is wooden.

I shot this using one an in-camera filters in my Sony DSC-HX80. Today was a dreary and gray, so the monochromatic filter worked with the present atmosphere.
