Back to Rotterdam. Depicted here is a part of 'De Kuil' in the Feijenoord borough, an upmarket combination of a mid-density residential quarter with a school and swimming pool. It was realized in a demolished part of Feijenoord. In these neo-conservative times, there of course won´t be affordable housing.

The period between demolition and creation was relatively long. The space was temporarily used by a public vegetable gardening project.
