It’s been a while since we checked in on the construction next to my office. This was taken from the 8th floor windows looking east. The Whole Foods on the left is coming along and a parking ramp has sprung up between it and the apartment tower (the advertised apartment rents are eye-popping). The office building has tenants now and more are moving in (viewed large, you can see a moving van). You can see cars on the roof of its parking ramp on the right. It also looks like workers may be laying a brick or flagstone lane at right center.

The state of play on Drake Street. I use to do the 17's up & down this road & as far as I'm aware, once the construction is all but completed no buses or any other traffic will be able to go up & down Drake Street.
Construction on the nature-themed playground and BMX pump track continue on March 1, 2023. The playground and welcome center are scheduled to officially open on June 1, 2023.
