The Old Constitution House located at Windsor in the U.S. state of Vermont is the birthplace of the Vermont Republic and the Constitution of the State of Vermont. A mid-18 century building built in a simple Georgian architectural style, the Old Constitution House was originally called the Windsor Tavern, and belonged to Elijah West at the time of the signing of the constitution. The house is a Vermont State Historic Site, and is administered by the Vermont Division for Historic Preservation. Windsor, Vermont

Some of the trees in Constitution Park have already shed their leaves, although the berries remain to provide a reddish hue. I've taken two other shots of this scene this year, each with a different seasonal view, so getting a photo of the same spot with snow on the ground will be the next step! This park is located in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Constitution Hill Cliff Railway, Aberystwyth. Tuesday 21 July 2015.

The cliff railway opened in 1896, it cost £60,000 to build and is in a cutting for its entire 798 ft. length. There are two tracks at 4ft 10ins gauge laid close together with a slight widening halfway to allow the two cars to pass. A zig-zagging footpath to the headlands summit crosses the railway on four girder and concrete bridges. The two wooden cars each originally seated 30 people; in 1989 they were both rebodied with prefabricated galvanised steel ones and marine ply panels. The seating capacity was reduced to 20 in four compartments; five passengers can also stand on each open platform. The west track car is No.1 and the east track car is No.2.

The USS Constitution is the Worlds oldest commissioned warship still afloat. One of 6 Frigates authorized under the Naval Armament Act signed by President George Washington on March 27, 1794, the 44-Gun Frigate USS Constitution was built in Boston and launched on October 21, 1797. She last fired a gun in combat in 1815, and was taken out of active service in 1855.

It was during a battle on August 19, 1812 with the British 38-gun frigate HMS Guerriere that the USS Constitution earned the nickname 'Old Ironsides', as one of the British sailors observed that their shots were bouncing off the hull as if it were clad in iron. It was during this same battle that Lt. William Bush, the first United States Marine Corps officer to die in combat at sea perished. He was shot on the USS Constitution's taffrail, while attempting to board HMS Guerriere.
