Today our surroundings are evolving to adapt and innovate to "the new normal", many have been severely affected in terms of their health, schedules, practices, and restrictive movements. The general observations of Covid-19 have more likely made everyone experience various degrees of anxiety, worry, and uncertainty.

Lifestyles changed completely or partially, in terms of eating, sleeping, and other regular routines leading as welcome to lifestyle diseases.

Indigestion, constipation, and digestive disorders have increased in many citizens.

These diseases can be controlled with proper diet and exercise.

During camp at Bhosari, 39 people benefitted from the collaborative camp of Healing Hands Foundation with Sakhol Social Foundation.

Issues like Piles, Fissure, Fistula, Pilonidal sinus, Constipation, Hernia, and Varicose veins were focused on during this camp.

Camp-Coordinator Anita Said organised camp, NGO-Coordinator Madhura Bhate diagnosed patients, Tejashree Khalate counseled them. Ashna Tamboli and Bhavna More helped patients with varicose veins medicines.

Special thanks to Harish Dolas, Mohsin Shah, Naresh Bire, Rahul Ovhal, Chandrakant Sonawane, Suraj Gaikwad, and the team from Sakhol Foundation.

Anand Misal and Santosh Kamble supported the drive actively.

Everyone is made to understand the nutrition requirements of the body and encourage to adopt better lifestyle habits.

Nothing can dim her light,

because she shines from within✨..

The camp was organised by Anita Said(Camp coordinator-HHF)under the guidance of Madhura Bhate(NGO coordinator-HHF).

Neighbour's cat, Gabriel. He was a big, funny, friendly cat. Taken 2006-07-05, a few days before they put him down. I was told the reason was intestinal problems of some kind. RIP Gaybey. We miss your bold spirit.

I have successfully helped our older cats overcome constipation by adding 1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon psyllium husks (fibre) and a little water to their wet food. It's available at bulk food and probably health food stores. Start out with very small dose! Double check with your vet if unsure.

Magnolias In Bloom. A sure sign of Spring.

Magnolia flowers and bark have been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. Today, magnolia flowers and bark can be found in pills, powders, teas or tinctures. Unfortunately, there have been few clinical studies done on medical magnolias. Be very careful when using any herbal medication with magnolia for the first time. Pregnant women should not ingest any alternative medicine containing magnolia. Pollen can get mixed into any preparation with magnolia herbs or flowers so anyone with a pollen allergy should stay away from herbal cures containing magnolia.

•Magnolia is traditionally thought to help with:

•Lung problems

•Congestion in the chest

•Runny nose

•Menstrual cramps

•Relaxing muscles

•Digestive upsets like gas and constipation

•In Russia, herbalists often prepare magnolia tree bark by soaking it in vodka. No wonder the patients often feel better.

Sunday afternoon with Pinewood at and around the lake, the things that we saw.

@greygirl25

Our ambitious adventures had us up and out of the house early this morning. We were on our way to Cottage Grove.

We were totally food motivated. Two years ago we were down there to do the covered bridge tour and stumbled upon the best barbeque restaurant. We took a chance and found it just as tasty as two years ago.

Who on earth was Dr. Pierce? What are these Pleasant Pellets? He was born in 1840 and set up shop as a medical doctor in Pennsylvania in his 20s. In 1875 he published a book, The People’s Common Sense Medical Adviser in Plain English, still available on Amazon for the Kindle. He mastered the art of advertising his magic tonics and pellets, complete with testimonials.

As for the Pleasant Pellets, they are the miracle cure for constipation and torpid liver, in addition to taking care of the headaches, dizziness, sour stomach, loss of appetite, indigestion, dyspepsia, windy belchings, heartburn, pain and distress after eating, and kindred derangements of the stomach, liver and bowels. Oh, and they are the result of years of study and experience.

I feel better already.

Thanks to the assistance of the Vriddhamitra School Sanstha team in collaborating with our Healing Hands Foundation to reach elderly companions at Janta Vasahat, Parvati, Pune. Many of the elderly friends experience several age-related issues, including constipation (not passing stool), fissures, hemorrhoids, fistula, acidity, etc. Yet they are unable to get to the hospital by themselves. We helped these elderly companions and served 78 of them with free diagnosis and herbal medicines. During the camp, qualified medical personnel provided free examinations and advice for hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, constipation, hernia, varicose veins, and other problems.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, Healing Hands Foundation in coordination with Astitva Social Foundation-One Vision organised a health awareness and check-up drive at Gandhinagar, Yerwada, Pune.

Dr. Ashwini Pargewar joined us for the noble cause. She helped 101 patients with diagnosis and expert guidance. Tejashree Khalate counseled them and Aashana Tamboli helped them with medicines. Anand Misal and Santosh Kamble arranged the setup.

The camp was organised by Anita Said(Camp coordinator-HHF)under the guidance of Madhura Bhate(NGO coordinator-HHF).

People are still not ready to share about the conditions like piles, fissures, fistula, pilonidal sinus & constipation. So we are collaborating with NGOs to spread the word of awareness.

Everyone speaks comfortably in these camps. Here they share their issues with counselors and doctors.

Special thanks to Mona More, Sagar Nikalje, Savita Bhalerao, of Astitva Social Foundation, and Santosh Sukale for providing space for consultation during camp and actively participating in it.

Chicken with mushrooms and vegetables VND 35,000. Decided to go for more vegetables due to fear of constipation!

Many residents lack access to modern medical care. Lack of knowledge and social embarrassment when it comes to anorectal health. As we continue to raise awareness about anorectal health, we see that more and more people are suffering in silence as a result of a lack of resources or incorrect information about the issue.

Focusing on conditions like constipation, piles, fissures, fistulas, pilonidal sinuses, and hernias. We mainly focus on awareness of anorectal health, patient counseling, and helping people HEAL.

So, with the assistance of the Vanchit Bahujan Yuva Aghadi team, Healing Hands Foundation reached Wadarwadi, Pune with its clinic on wheels and served 47 of them with free diagnosis and herbal medicines.

During the camp, qualified medical personnel provided free examinations and advice for hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulas, constipation, hernia, varicose veins, and other problems.
