Italian console table of the second half of the 20th century. Carved and golden furniture in wood of pleasant decor. Top floor in character also golden with some signs of wear and small gilding drops (see photo). Console to be fixed to the wall, of discrete utility. In good condition with some signs of time.

This is the console of the Manchester Atlas computer, built in the University of Manchester in 1962. The console was left as on the day of decomissioning, including programming details. This is now on display in the School of Computer Science in the Kilburn Building.
