The '67 Sport Fury console I had been using the last ten years in my '79 St. Regis. I had removed the gear shift selector and attached a cupholder tray in its place. The console was originally black and I repainted it trying to match the St. Regis interior but it's too light. I'm keeping my eye out still for the right shade of buckskin tan vinyl paint.
I was amazed to find a little section showcasing various vintage Nintendo consoles and devices in the middle of the Nintendo World store.

Console Warriors are a 3-piece Alt Rock outfit from Adelaide, South Australia. Still in school, Bill Meegan (vocals/guitar) and Fionn Tschanz-Bartleet (drums) formed Console Warriors in mid-2010 and are about to release their first EP. Influences include The Strokes, Radiohead, Bloc Party, The Smiths, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jeff Buckley, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins...

Almost every console available, including a japanese Sega Saturn and playstation, and these guys were also cool enough to have a "library" of games so that you could swap out with whatever game your heart desired.

The 12-24 DX lens works quite well on the D3 in FX mode as long as you stay over the 18mm mark.
This is a shot of the Amek 9098 console that we use at Studio 12, CBC Montréal. It's a really great analog board but because of rising maintenance costs, we will have to switch it in the next few months for a digital SSL C200 which hopefully should sound as good.
