The consequences of the attempts of humans to achieve superiority will be seen in the destruction they cause around the world. These attempts will eventually lead to the destruction of nature and the animals that inhabit it. This is why we need to focus on understanding nature while we still have, leaving our superiority complex aside we need to be inspired by and emulating nature. Throughout this piece, I worked according to the principles of biomimicry. I chose to use the common worm, one of the most fascinating but equally overlooked animals as the inspiration. The contortion movement of the worm can have many applications, my vision was for it to be a resting place that could cast a shade. I created the model by using sticks and pieces of cloth. The process of creating a construction by using repeating patterns again showed me how much detail there is in nature.

something written while using ommwriter. it is part of a bigger piece i wrote about my upbringing and the consequences i've experienced in my life and how they have influenced my decision making. it was a bit of therapy in understanding my past. i do that a lot now. i'm not sure if it helps or if it doesn't. but i liked this line that i wrote, and i wanted just that.
