The Conditioning House is a Grade II Listed Building.
Built in 1902 as a scientific testing centre for the wool industry after a special act of parliament, it once welcomed nearly 70 per cent of all wool produced in the UK that was taken there for testing.
It was the only Council-run centre for the testing of wool in the country, but, by the late-1980s, it was making losses and was sold by the Council.
At first, the work was very smooth. He washed inside while spraying the strong alkaline liquid soap. But, the drainage couldn't run off to the outside smoothly than he expected. And, when he started washing the outdoor unit, the accident was happened! The water flowed back and came out the indoor unit!
He thought something was stuffed the drainpipe and tried to clean the clog. It was too hard for him to unchoke and needed something long and thin like a wire. I gave my wire for Bonsai to him and he put it to the pipe like a gastro camera. The idea succeed! When the water became to flow smoothly at last, we couldn't stop giving high-fives!
