After spending my weekend with Christophe Corthay doing a small Lego Exhibition in the north of Paris, I felt the need to take on bigger projects. I sketched this ship which I had already given some thought to before. An Ultaran Supercarrier that would be roughly 240 studs long.
As for the camo I feel like experimenting with respectfull ways to intergrate it (no paint) and will probably try stuff on my Ultaran Dreadnaught. :D
Initial sketching was done during the exhibition with pen and then colored in photoshop using a Wacom 22" HD Cintiq

Hopefully an ongoing project that I'll be working on, which is creating Hero Factory set concepts. All parts are created digitally using CAD software, so technically the custom pieces could be produced in reality, as I've tried to ensure they have sensible shapes and thicknesses.

This was a weird concept I came up with. These are Corn Cookies from the Momafuku Milk Bar cookie and then I used baby corns and chocolate frosting for the rest of it.

Unlike many other early space station concepts, this design actually made it out of the concept phase and into production, though no models were ever flown. This particular station was 30-feet and expandable. It was designed to be taken to outer space in a small package and then inflate in orbit. The station could, in theory, have been big enough for 1 to 2 people to use for a long period of time. A similar 24 foot station was built by the Goodyear Aircraft Corporation for NASA test use. The concept of space inflatables was revived in the 1990s.

Siendo la justicia un concepto abstracto, citaré la aplicación de la ley en el México de Peña Nieto:
A Alberto Patishtán se le "indulta" por ser inocente.
A Florence Cassez se le libera por hallarla culpable.
A José Manuel Mireles se le condena por defenderse a sí y a su pueblo del crimen al que fueron entregados por sus gobernantes.
Ha terminado la esperanza de que las autodefensas de Michoacán lograran un cambio positivo. Ciertamente son tan ilegales como ilegítimo el gobierno que los abandonó y entregó a los criminales, pero tampoco podemos decir que están fuera de la ley en el Estado fallido donde no la hay.
Había dos opciones para su desaparición, una buena y una mala: que el gobierno diera resultados haciendo innecesarias las autodefensas o que el gobierno terminara con ellas de un plumazo. Sucedió lo segundo y ya no hay un contrapeso que presione al Estado a asumir su responsabilidad primaria toda vez que ese movimiento ciudadano ha quedado engullido por el gobierno que ahora paradójicamente legitima a las autodefensas cuya razón de ser ha sido la ilegitimidad de aquel.
¡Fuera el comisionado Castillo!
