That would be a spoon and coffee creamers for scale. She's a tiny Linux wonder!

Graham, Thomas and I were astounded at the size of this monster. obviously not meant to carry out of the house.

The Googles found this: www.mydigitallife.info/2007/05/11/new-hp-pavilion-hdx-dra...

...only to be stolen one year later.

(By the way, it needs to be said that when I finally decided to repair the thing, Dell replaced the display almost immediately. It wasn't their fault that it remained broken for six weeks.)

Notice anything wrong?

Because size matters.

Its name is Tatl, a reference I'm still waiting for someone to figure out. ^^

My computer's keyboard in black and white

I had almost this exact computer when I was a freshman in college. Only I didn't have the color monitor. Now that was fancy!

On top of the monitor here, you see a stuffed, toon mouse (sort of a computer joke), a beanbag-critter called "Crashly the y2K Bug," and a beanbag-critter shaped like a computer.

Throw the "Y2K Bug" against a surface, and you hear the digitized sound of glass breaking. Throw the little computer against a surface, and you hear either the glass-breaking sound, or a voice saying "Bye-bye files!" :D

Next to the monitor, there, is a bunch of old magazine-folders containing old Writer's Digest magazines from back in the 1990s or so, with some old software manuals on top of that.

Mi nuevo y pequeñito computer, un Medion Akoya, encendido, con su pegatina protectora en la pantalla y, cómo no, con mi blog favorito, 'Libros de Babel'.

I was focusing on the J. The screen is a tiny fraction out, probably due to my poor installation skills, but as long as I know it's out it's simple to allow for it.

My new canon EF 35mm f/2 is a dream in manual focus mode.

the new MacBook Pro (that's the best name they could come up with?)

Finally all the parts have been assembled to make this work. Beneath the cluttered radio desk, under the two speakers just visible bottom center, is a Digital Alpha Personal Workstation 433au. It is running the OpenVMS operating system. Both terminals on the desk are connected to it. On the right is a VT220 acting as the operator's console. On the left, a monitor and keyboard acting as a graphical X terminal. Behind the viewer and facing the other way are two Linux systems that can also act either as text based or graphical terminals if desired. It's all working, and performance is quite good.

this wall was seen in Bial Camp near Nanga Parbat Base Camp in Fairy Meadows and I love this mosaic of wood and Stone and I would love to make my computer wall paper.

Computers are essential for the editing process of the digital story. Computers should have photo editing, video editing, and audio editing software installed.

two is better than one [this is by far the most popular image in my flickr gallery, lol]
