It's been a couple years since I've built a computer from scratch, and in preparing for moving out, I don't want to pay for cable TV. Instead, I'm gonna have a modded xbox in every room pulling all our music, tv shows, and movies off this computer. It's basically just a 500GB mirrored file server. Hopefully i get it running really slick.
This is an old keyboard from where I work that got replaced with a new one. The woman who used it had not just rubbed off the ink of some letters, but actually worn grooves in the keys with her fingernails. It's not the worst out there, but certainly worse than mine which are kept in near-mint condition due to my two finger typing style.

Heres my laptop. Its decent. I use it for the ordinary. Sometimes games even though the graphics reek. Actually. They are pretty good if you ask me.
With more time to kill, Jack and I checked out Paul Allen's Living Computer Museum and saw old home computers and mainframes, many of which allow interaction.
I wont turn it on yet. In an hour I'll take it to my mac guy and he'll do the transfer (migration) thing with firewire to move everything from the old mac to the one blue baby.
