University students participating in Student Campus at UNITY 2008 reported in four different ethnic Chicago neighborhoods and put together iMovies and blogs using their notes, photos and video clips.

It's like I'm kidnapped and being held hostage, only it's voluntary and (mostly) joyous/exciting. But there certainly aren't any guarantees of my safe return home.

 

Let's do this thing! Time for class.

Next week summer classes begin.

 

For the first couple of weeks, we'll have around 60 students. That's about half of what we have during the regular school year.

 

A couple of weeks after that, we'll be adding another 60! When am I going to have time to prepare for next year?

 

When the school labs were remodeled last summer, we had to remove some of the iMacs. Today, I'm bringing some of them back.

 

Why am I kicking?

 

I'm using an app that let's me set a timer on the iPhone's camera. It also holds the shutter open so I can play with capturing motion.
