Another photo of my Computer (related) stuff. The APC UPS next to the surge protector. Both with masses of messed up wires coming out of them. I don't know which way is up.
I had wanting a flat screen monitor for a while now, so once I got my financial aid refund, we went out and purchased one. Now I will have lots more room at my desk to spread out books and papers. It saves so much room on my desk!

The audio equipment rack is built into a short run of Jatoba cabintets running under the countertop. We put a shallow pencil drawer above the audio rack. The whole project was so far from standard that we decided we could put the drawer pulls in creatively rather than the usual centered locations.

My computer monitor, (a BENQ GW2450) with a screenful of Milkyway@home work units for one of my GPU's (there are two in this computer...) to crunch for Berkeley Open Interface for Network Computing. (BOINC for short) Taken in Albany, CA by a Voigtländer Bessa R4M with a Heliar 15mm ƒ 4.5 lens on Bergger BRG 400+ film.
My GPU's (Nvidia GTX770's...) fly through these - what you see here will only take about 2-2.5 hours...
Third of a series of three with the three different Voigtländer/Cosina lenses I have for the R4M/R3M, (which I'm going to get as a second body...) all taken from the same distance...
Screen on the upper left is used for two different computers (than the one on the main monitor...) that are off-frame lower left. They're on, (and crunching!) but the screen goes dark after 4 hours... Above that is my tribute to my late father, with his medals and others of his WW2 artifacts.
Note that this is the computer and monitor used to upload to Flickr®, even though the pictures are stored on a different, networked, computer ...
