took this pick moments after buying this 2014 Mission Roit bow, I'm very excited to set it up and try it out. i had to get the Harmonic Stabilizer since it is now an option.
experimental work using Casio High speed camera - shot mostly at 480fps with a couple of shoots at 1000fps (still representing photography as individual frames = 1 photograph)
This is a Martin Compound Bow of 60 lbs draw power. You can see the arrow tip just above my hand. At 70 meters, I once managed to get all six arrows of a flight into the grapefruit sized bulls eye. That didn't happen too often needless to say, but it is possible. Indoors, at 20 yards, the bulls eye is the size of a golf ball.
With the scope, and peep eye piece on the string, the sighting is the most accurate of any bow.

after removing the retainer bar on my QAD Ultra Rest Hunter i eliminated fltching contact and got these much nicer tares while paper tuning. I might need to drop the noching point a smidge more.

while paper tuning my Mission Riot this is as good as I could get with the bow before i discovered the fletchings were hitting the retainer bar on the arrow rest
I slapped together a crappy little bow stand for shooting outdoors at the public range at the park, I have since added a pvc tube arrow holder.
As in pistol's & rifle's its the release that determines the accuracy.
